Ark Schools is the ‘data controller’ for the purposes of data protection law.

Under data protection law, individuals have a right to be informed about how the Trust and its schools use any personal data that we hold about them. We comply with this right by providing ‘privacy notices’ (sometimes called ‘fair processing notices’) to individuals where we are processing their personal data.

You have the right under Data Protection legislation to ask for a copy of any information held about you by the Trust, and this is called a Subject Access Request (SAR). If you would like to submit a Subject Access Request, please email dataprotection@arkonline.org.
