Over 1,000 parents, carers, students and community members turned out in the sunshine to support The King’s School’s annual event King’s Fest!
It was an incredible evening showcasing talent of all varieties across all ages within the school. The event took months of planning and organising and was the biggest community event the school has ever hosted.
The main stage had entertainment all night, including singers, dancers, rappers, musicians, and various other performing arts talents.
The festival included fairground rides, facepainting, sponge the teacher, penalty shoot, food and drink carts plus much more.
Mr Pinto, Headteacher at The King’s School said: “What a brilliant evening King’s Fest was. I am incredibly proud of all the staff and students involved in making this event happen, especially our Curriculum Leader of Performing Arts, Mrs Buckingham who has given up so much time and effort to ensure the event was a success. It’s great for our school community to be able to come together and celebrate all of the fantastic talent that we have at The King’s School. We’re planning on next year being even bigger and better!”
